Which reminds me of the episode of the Cosby Show, where Denise insists on making a "designer" shirt for Theo. Hilarious!
Start it at minute 4:58 :)
I've seen a million ruffle totes all over Pinterest and I really wanted to make one. So I went over the top crazy and made this ruffle color bomb!
It's a little intense and the ruffles are messy, but now I know how to make ruffles! And life just got a bit more interesting with that knowledge!

ruffles are on my list of things i want to learn to do though.
Sewing totally scares me. But you did a great job!
I've been wanting to buy a sewing machine for the past 2 years but I'm afraid I might get in over my head. I'm pretty sure I could figure it out and seeing that I could make cute lil bags like this someday pushes me along. It's adorable and how could it not be, anything with ruffles is ;)
I love the colors you used! It's so bright and fun! Great for spring.
yay for ruffles! So jealous that you know how to do that. Your tote is so super cute & colorful!
I totally just pinned this on Pinterest not realizing you made it!!!! AmazinG!
This is really cute!! Sewing isn't so bad once you get the hang of it! ;) but yes...it definetly can be scarey.. Thanks for sharing at {Homemade By You}!!
This is brilliant -fab bag and such a good inspiration. My sewing machine stares at me accusingly, but I can't remember how to change the thread so I just avoid it.. this might help!
