NO TWD

Sorry... Too much going on and I am not a fan of bread pudding. I've been slacking a bit lately but in my defense, it is finally SPRING in MN and who wants to be inside?

And I have been on a bit of a detox the last few weeks... 4 more days to go.
I basically have cut out sugar, wheat, red meat, pork and dairy. This is TEMPORARY. Hello I do love pizza and ice cream and HAMBURGERS! But I've been feeling a little sluggish lately so my
Naturopathic Dr. mother and her healthy guru friend prescribed me a little detox 101.
Although I have cheated, just here and there. But overall I've done not too bad.
Ive also started exercising and drinking lots more water. I even lost 6lbs to boot. Can't complain there!
I feel great! Although i would kill for some chocolate and bread. Hmmmmm Maybe I should've made the Bread pudding after all?

Hi Sabrina!

I skipped out on the bread pudding too...I just have way to many sweets in the house right now :) You are awesome--can't believe you are able to keep up with a detox! Congrats on dropping a few pounds.

Just wanted to let you know that I moved to my own domain. Would love it if you could update the link to my blog on your blogroll! http://www.happytummyblog.com. Thanks!

The bread pudding, although very, very good... is not the right way to go for a chocolate fix! Believe you me, I'm chocolate fix expert! LOL

Argh... I could never go through all that detox... but I'm amaze that you could!

Well, I am really impressed with your strength and determinations. I've tried to give up those types of things before, mainly the white, processed stuff. I don't make it any further than the morning of the 3rd day. You should be proud!! Enjoy the weather.

Good for you! I've tried to do detoxes in the past and never last more than 4 days, but only because the no caffiene. My body goes through major withdrawls.

Next week's choc cream pie is to die for!

WOW good for you..6 pounds..way to go! I don't like bread pudding so I didn't want to waste time I don't have. Im training for a bunch of races and trying to eat better too.
I hear you on the weather, after this long winter who wants to stay inside and bake. I would rather be out doors doing something!

Do you feel like.... cleaner? I love that feeling. I sort of did a little low fat low carb thing for a while before spring break. Swimsuits, you know? Anyway, great that you dropped the pounds. Keep up the good habits and you will be amazed. Your friends will be grateful for all the treats you share.

Way to go! These are all good things to give up to clean out the body. Several of your pounds may have ended up at my house!

Congrats! Detoxes are not easy, but they definitely pay off! The hardest part is not gaining the weight back! haha! But seriously, I love the way my body feels after a good detox!
I've been thinking of doing a detox, but then I keep remembering I have no willpower or self control. Naughty Heather.

Way to go YOU! :)
